Failover And Elevation Hydraulics

Nothing easier, the hydraulic elevation with the dual effect of the tractor brings you comfort and security at the time of the tipping.

Elevation in parallelogram to get an offset of the caisse.

Stainless Steel Casing

Stainless Steel Screw

The large screw (diam. 300mm) improves the speed and quality of the spill. This screw drive is via a gearbox hydraulic (45 rpm depending on the flow of the tractor).

Electric Drive

The electric drive by motor-gearbox includes a power on/off, control of the direction of rotation of the screw. Speed: 46 RPM.

Hydraulic Drive

Training with a hydraulic Distributor is equipped with a pressure limiter. It allows to control the speed and direction of rotation of the screw.

400mm Stainless Steel Screw

Our tippers are planned to be equipped with a 400mm screw. Increase the speed of emptying the bucket, decrease trituration of the grape.
